We provide a written health guarantee for 1 year on registered Yorkies and 6 months on Yorkie mixed pups.

Shipping and delivery

If the weather permits sometimes we can send a pup via a delivery service, the cost is paid by the buyer for these services. The weather must be within the criteria and the pup must fit within the criteria for safe shipping. We also can drive within 100 miles for an additional fee for delivery purpose if not already added to the price of the pup.

The above mentioned dog is guaranteed to be free from any life threatening diseases for a period of seven days after purchase date. If the dog is ill it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the vet bill and take the dog to the vet’s at once. Upon written statement from the vet stating the nature of the illness and that it is deemed life threatening (worms, and fleas are excluded from this guarantee) the seller will take back the dog and replace it with a healthy one as soon as possible.

The dog is guaranteed for a period of one year to be free from any life threatening congenital disorders. No guarantee will be made against hypoglycemia or Luxating Patella's.  Any vet bills incurred are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Upon written statement from the vet, stating the nature of the disorder, and that it is deemed life threatening, the seller will take back the dog and replace it with a healthy one as soon as possible. Note:  We can make an educated guess as to the size your pup will be, but we do not guarantee that a pup will grow up to be a certain size.

 

Note: The seller reserves the right to have the dog checked out by her own vet as well to confirm that there is a life threatening health issue. If the seller’s vet does not agree with the buyer's vet the determination by the seller’s vet will be the final decision for purpose of this contract.

 

If for any reason the buyer cannot keep the dog, it is not to be placed or sold to a puppy mill, animal shelter, dog pound, or humane society or pet shop. The owner of the dog can sell or give the dog to another responsible pet owner. Otherwise the dog will be returned to the seller.  

 

A deposit on a dog is good faith money so that we will hold a puppy for you, deposits are non-refundable unless the dog has a health issue which makes the sale impossible.
