30 years of experience says a lot. We have learned how to help you choose the right pup for your family along with outstanding advice on raising your pup to be the best possible addition for your family.

Our Philosophy

Our objective is to raise pups with beauty, health, and intelligence. We strive to breed pups with the standards set forth by AKC and other respected Kennel Clubs. Why do good breeders charge more for their dogs? Because it takes time, money, and effort to produce dogs with the desired traits. Breeding excellent quality dogs does not happen by chance. Study in genetic traits and the right cross of bloodlines is required to make sure that your pup is the best possible.

The Difference

What is the difference between a true breeder and someone that just puts two dogs together?  Pups from a devoted breeder are clean, healthy, and well socialized. Attention to breeding for the proper coat, confirmation, bite, ear set, top line, and more all have to be considered. Beware of purchasing a pup from someone that has many breeds or produces many, many litters a year. Beware of breeders that do not provide a health guarantee, cannot answer questions you have or won't provide references. Breeding pups properly does not mean making a lot of money it means providing quality pups. Ask questions, visit with the parents of the pups, and never buy a puppy from a pet shop.

We should, You should

We should be able to answer questions you have. We should be able to tell you about our dogs and share references. We should treat you with respect and continue to provide guidance after you buy the pup.
You should ask questions. You should be ready to provide a loving home and be able to provide the emotional and medical care that any dog needs. You should be ready to answer any questions that the breeder may ask for the welfare of the pup. Remember, adding a pup to your home and making the experience a pleasant one is as important to us as it is to you.

We love our dogs and horses, life would be empty without them.
